Here's How It Works!

Purchase an annual Care Royale Membership for only $29.95, then pay $49.95 per month and you'll pay just $10 for most acute illness & injury visits and as a member you will also receive 40% off of customary charges for chronic health visits, such as High Blood Pressure or Diabetes.

Students, children and seniors monthly fees are just $39.95 per month.  Family plans are also available.

For your short term or long term health care, Care Royale offers a flexible, affordable health care option for every individual or family.

An affordable, quality, health care plan provided by the caring physicians at Royal Oak Medical Center.

With Your Care Royale Membership - There is a $10 Co-pay* (per visit).  You'll be covered for most acute illnesses or injuries with 40% discounts on outside lab work and other customary charges for illnesses or injuries such as:

Colds, Fever, Flu, Sore Throat • Bladder Infection • Sprains, Strains & Bruises • Simple Broken Bones • Minor Cuts & Burns • Headaches • Initial screening & treatment for minor car accidents

Receive covered services such as:

Unlimited Office Visits • In House Lab Tests • X-ray • EKG • Generic prescriptions supplied by Royal Oak Medical Center for $10 & up depending on the medication prescribed.

And your choice of one of the following per year:

Free cholesterol and cardiac risk assessment

Free urine diabetic screening

Free detox and weight loss consultations

Receive one free school/sport physical for children when paid annually (full plan pre-paid).  Treatment for chronic illness such as High Blood Pressure, Arthritis, or Diabetes receives 40% off the customary charges.

Services are available for everyone age 3 months and older!
